TERMS OF SALE / LEGAL DISCLAIMER
10% NON- REFUNDABLE Deposit or a minimum of $1,000.00 will hold any vehicle purchased from Herman’s Classic Cars, LLC for 7 days, balance to be paid in full within 7 days of the purchase date. All deposits and balances due shall be paid by BANK WIRE TRANSFER or Cash. If paying by cashiers check please allow 10 days for all transactions to clear. The Bank will have the discretion of time allowed for check clearing. Sorry at this time we DO NOT except Personal Checks, Money Orders or Credit Cards. Contact dealer for other payment options.
All vehicles for sale or sold from this Website we be sold AS IS, NO WARRANTY, NO MILEAGE GURANTEE, NO EXCEPTIONS! Herman’s Classic Cars, LLC / Herman Bowling cannot guarantee any of the vehicles past history, authenticity, documentation, frame damage, salvage titles, odometer discrepancies, body repair, mechanical work if any for the vehicles sold. The vehicle’s sold are from the 1940’s, 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s & 1980’s; other years may be included. ALL VEHCILES SOLD WILL BE SOLD AS IS / ALL SALES FINAL.
With the Automotive technology of machine work, possible re-stamping and trim tag specialist of today, Herman’s Classic Cars, LLC or Herman Bowling CANNOT and WILL NOT guarantee the authenticity of any vehicle sold. This includes but NOT limited to MACTHING NUMBERS, STAMPED ENGINES, TRANSMISSION, REAR END, VIN TAGS, COWL / TRIM TAGS and CASTING NUMBERS.
The vehicle is available for inspection prior to purchase. Local BODY AND MECHANIC Shops are located in London, KY. Purchaser will be responsible for all expenses of Inspection. See Web Sites for Appraisal Companies.
If requested, we shall provide you with the Name, Address & Telephone number if available of the previous Consumer / Owner of the vehicle. We will supply the title work required for transfer of vehicle in your state.
Every person has a different view of an OLD CAR, that is exactly what they are OLD CARS! So please take the time to RESEARCH, TRAVEL and definitely do an ON-SIGHT INSPECTION of the vehicle you are considering purchasing. When purchasing site unseen, hold yourself responsible for the condition of the vehicle purchased.

“ALL questions concerning the construction, validity and interpretation of the Terms of Sale / Disclaimer and Sales Agreement
on this Website www.hermansclassics.com / Herman’s Classic Cars, LLC or previous business name, the dealing of the parties, and the performance of the obligations imposed by this agreement shall be governed by the internal law, not the law of conflicts and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Further any suit or action involving any dispute or matter arising from this Website, Internet, Herman’s Classic Cars, LLC, Terms of Sale, Dealer Disclaimer & Agreement, any previous or current vehicle repair, damage done by transporter or arrangements for transport made by this dealer, restoration by this dealer or restoration shops providing services to vehicle, or the dealing of the parties shall be only brought in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, or the Laurel County Circuit or Laurel District Court. Further, the parties hereby agree that venue in any such court is proper and the parties hereby consent to the exercise or personal jurisdiction by any such court with the respect to any proceeding”
